Your Selections:
All commissions begin with a detailed quote request form. Once accepted, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your slot and allow me to begin material procurement. Full payment is due upon completion before shipping.
Changes after the design approval stage may incur additional fees. I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion.
I accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods. Payment plans can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. All deposits are non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation by the client, any payments made beyond the initial deposit will be subject to a prorated refund based on work completed and materials purchased. No refunds are issued for completed suits.
Shipping costs are not included in the suit price and will be calculated upon completion. I ship worldwide with tracking and insurance. I am not responsible for customs fees or delays once the package leaves my hands.
I offer a 30-day warranty on craftsmanship, covering defects in materials or construction. This does not cover wear and tear, damage from misuse, or alterations made by the client.
Clients must provide clear reference sheets. While I strive for accuracy, minor artistic liberties may be taken to ensure the best possible aesthetic and structural integrity.
HybridFurs retains the right to use photos and videos of completed commissions for promotional purposes. The client retains character rights, but the physical suit remains my artistic property until fully paid for.
